What can lead to appointments being amended?Our UAV's (Drones) are state of the art machines, however in order to comply with all relevent UK Drone Regulations there are certain conditions that would render the flight of a drone unsafe and would require the amendment of the date or time of the booking. Generally we can accurately forecast the weather 2 weeks in advance but depending on the shoot location we may find that the weather is not quite playing along upon arrival! Conditions for example that would render UAV flight unsafe: - Wind (including gusts) in excess of 25mph - Rain - Hail - Snow This list is not exhaustive but is meant as a guide only. Who has final say on whether a flight goes ahead?We always try to ensure that the needs and expectations of the client are met, however we must also balance this against the safety of the flight and both involved and uninvolved persons. With this in mind the final decision on flight safety and whether a flight goes ahead will always be solely that of the certified UAV (Drone) Pilot. Generally a flight will only be amended for: - Unexpected inclement weather. - Strong Winds. - Unanticipated Issues such as powerlines, gatherings of uninvolved people, and geographical issues that may require further planning around. - Aircraft failure or concerns of failure.

When will i receive my images/video from the service i booked?We aim to turnaround all work within 3 working days (Monday - Friday) and have all images/video in the clients posession by then. Generally we can provide raw unedited copies immediately upon completion of the flight where adequate wifi/mobile data signal is available. For roof inspections/surveys we aim to provide images/video directly to the client on completion of the inspection.

Where can i download my digital image i ordered from?For store orders containing digital image downloads you can download this directly to your phone or PC/Mac from the order confirmation email that you will receive a few moments after placing your order. For any issues with digital image downloads or for advice on how to download these please contact us and we'll be happy to talk you through the process.

When can i expect to receive the Greetings Card i ordered?For store orders containing Greetings Cards, these are processed within 48 hrs of receipt of your order. Printed cards are then despatched for delivery in 1-3 working days thereafter. Please allow 5 working days (Monday - Friday) from date of placing your order before contacting us to chase an order. Once your order is despatched you will receive an email from us confirming despatch.
